Split and send data per unique value in a column

Hi

I've got a thing that's got me puzzled for quite a while now.

In attachement you'll find a workbook which contains the data as I get it (red area = raw data).

I need to write a code which does the following:
1. Filter out all data with arrdate today or later
2. Filter per unique value in column I
(green area = example of filtered data)

3. Create a new file (not worksheet) per unique value containing the green data and save it (filename: Shipment plan "unique value".xlsx)Split and send data per unique value.xlsx after e-mailing it.
4. Send out a mail to the correct mail addresses based on the unique value. Might need a list containing them all (see mail list tab)

Can you guys help me out here?
