Copy and paste via macro

Hello:

I have excel workbook which will have weekly payroll Data in Sheet1, Cell A3:N22
I need a VB Macro to move these data every week in Sheet2, starting in Cell A3.
Basically would need to paste the data in the next blank row in sheet2.
(Ist Batch of data with start A3:N22 in sheet2, 2nd Batch of data will start at A23)
