Auto email using windows live mail on birthday

Hello Friends,
In my contact directory I have birthday of my friends in column 'r' and their emails in column 'x'. I want to send happy birthday wishing email to each of them on their birthday regularly without fail. I don't want to do it manually because it's very difficult to find the birthday of each one daily regularly without fail. So I want to send a wishing email automatically using windows live mail regularly. I'm using windows 7.
Is it possible? If so please send me a macro code to perform this task. See the sample attached file.

Dear Apo,
I have posted this thread on 17th May but I have not received any response from anyone. I want to send emails on my friends birthday on their birthday automatically. This is my own idea but due to lack of vba knowledge I'm not able to accomplish my desire. Just 2 days before I saw your response on similar post and feel that you may fulfil my requirement positively. So I'm writing this request again. I have attached my sample contact directory here. In it column 'u' birthday and in column 'v' current date. If the date in column 'v' is a Anniversary of a person birthday in column 'u' then a wishing email should go automatically to him. It's my simple requirement.
I humbly request you to do this task for me positively. I want to do it in windows live but if it is not possible I may use m. s. outlook 2007 for emailing.
