Insert Columns Based on a Date Range

Hi. I'm brand new here, and a VBA novice. I would very much appreciate if someone could offer suggestions on the following challenge. I am trying to create a template that would be copied and used repeatedly by various users for planning production for new projects. A new version of the template would be filled out for each new project. The default setup of the template would look like what is shown in Rows 6-9 of the image and attached file. But if the user changed the end date of his project, as is shown in the example in Rows 14 - 17 (specifically, cell B17), I would like the template to extend the number of columns to enable the user to enter his/her projections for each of the periods during the term of his/her project. I would like the formats and formulas to copy to the new columns. Thank you for any consideration and assistance you may offer.
