Macro to transfer cell data from one worksheet to another with conditions

Hi everyone,

Newbie here. I hope you guys can help. I am trying to look at data from one worksheet and if data in column c of sheet2 matches column a of sheet1 then the data from sheet2 copies into sheet1. But if data is already in sheet1 then need to insert new line and copy data. Also, the lines in sheet2 that don't copy due to not compatible data would get a cell fill of red.I got as far as the insert sub but don't know how to get the data copy. Attached is copy of spreadsheets with the first line of sheet1 done. Any help would be awesome. I apologize in advance if it is too confusing.
