Can't find PERSONAL.XLSB

Hi.
I'm new to macros and I may not have the complete understanding yet.
I'm trying to locate PERSONAL.XLSB to copy macros and save them to use in different workbooks, however I can't find it.
I think the reason is because my Excel is on a network and my files are accessed on a server. I already look the possible paths.
It may be a dumb question, but here it goes:
Is there anyway I can save my macros if I can't locate PERSONAL.XLSB or do I have to ask for the folder/file to my IT manager ?
I'm using old excel 2003.

there should be an option in your settings that says, At startup, open all files in: you can make your own folder and create PERSONAL.XLSB or another .XLSB to save your macros in, you can save macros in any macro enabled workbook, so I don't really use PERSONAL.XLSB, I use SCOTT.XLSB instead for my macros, and I use TEST.XLSB for macros that aren't quite ready yet so I can keep my SCOTT.XLSB clean
