copy data to another sheet based on category selected

hi greatones!

can anybody help me out on how can I copy rows of data to another sheet based on the category selected? I have 4 sheets but only the main sheet will be visible. anybody can help me on how can I copy those data in hidden sheets? the hidden sheets are named as east,south and west. attached is a sample workbook

can this be done without having to use vba macro? anybody please help me on how can I accomplish this using formulas instead? if its possible...thanks in advance
