activate application & take screen shot

Hi,

I am looking for vba code which can activate another application, application is not defined that is may be challenge. When I activate application code should take screen shot and save the file. Each time code should not save new file the screen shot can be added in sheet. Application includes anything like system folder or internet explorer or any software which is running on system. Plz help me in this…..
