Percentage Increase/Decrease

Hi,

I have an sheet with column A as name and other columns as marks of a single subject.
when a new exam gets over, then i'll update marks in the sheet in column B and old marks would be moved ahead.
If i wish to see a percentage increase/decrease, i should insert a column next to B and it should show the delta..

Anyway thru vba code/formula is okay.Is this possible?
