When I upload a report for all of my workcenters my week list comes out looking like this:

I want to change these from this format to say Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, and etc... I have several workcenters that are printed off. I would to be able to paste in Week 1 - Week 25, then say skip 4 lines, and paste again. My weeks start in cell A4 and end in A29. My next week section starts again on cell A33. The number of lines that I will have will change every week.
I have posted an example of what I am hoping for.
