Check if file exists on SharePoint https environment

[Purpose]

Hi there,

I was making progress with my first VBA project until I put my workbooks on SharePoint (https://...).

I have been using Dir to do a simple check if a file exists before I open it.
This however does not work in combination with SharePoint.
I have been searching for a solution but although there are a lot of posts/threads about similar issues I have not been able to find a solution.

Can anybody help me with some sample code?
