Macro Needed to Reorganize Data and Eliminate Blanks

I am trying to take some row/column data and reorganize it. In the attached file, you will see six "Articles" listed in column A4:A9. In columns B through K, you will see plants 1 through 10 that that article is registered at. Some articles can have zero plants, some have one, two, and up to 10. Starting in A17, you will see how I need the data organized. Basically, I need the plants transposed and the specific article populated in the cell next to it. Any articles that were listed but did not have any associated plants can be skipped. I have been trying to use a macro to do this, but there are 200 articles (with the data listed similarly as A4:K9) and there has to be an easier way. Please help! Thanks so much!

I plant to run this macro on a tab named "Article and Plant Analysis", with the first article starting in Cell M2. There can be up to 200 rows of articles possible. I would like the output data to start in cell Y2 (Article) Z2 (Plant)
