Replace Codes with Text BEFORE Exporting to a CSV

Excel 14.1.4 (Office 2011 OSX)

I have a large EXCEL Club Membership Spreadsheet with many columns - one Member per row (See attached file)
18 of the columns (O to AO) are for the Member's Interest but to save space the actual cells only have a X in to denote selected and the Col. Headings have the Interests written in full Vertically at a 45º Angle.
I want to be able to do a CSV export with each Member's Title (Col A) their First Name (Col C) and Last Name (Col D) plus their interests in Full (What it says in each of the Headings of their selected Interest. Cells) eg.

Mr, Jo, Blogs, C - Stage Man., F - Lighting, R - Bar Tending
Miss, Petra, Blogs, A - Directing, N - Stewarding

How can I do this?
I think this is going to be a bit tricky!

you could do it with a macro that detects the x and gives you the header value, put it on a second sheet, export that sheet as csv, then delete the sheet, otherwise, i'm not quite sure how to do it
