Is there a way that this can be done within the spreadsheet, with a formula that calculates the result based on the values of the previous columns, for example:

Column 1 POWER with values of either High or Low
Column 2 INTEREST with values of High or Low
Result subject to which values are chosen in columns 1 and 2:

Result column calculated...
High Power + High Interest = Manage Closely
High Power + Low Interest = Keep Satisfied
Low Power + High Interest = Keep Informed
Low Power + Low Interest = Monitor
