    Question 2x2 Stakeholder Management Matrix

    Hi everyone,

I am putting together an automated stakeholder management tool and have come stuck.

I have created a matrix where users would plot a specific stakeholder onto a graph, I need help writing a script to then transfer that stakeholder position onto the master matrix, which will contain positions of all stakeholders.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks,
    m1tchy4

    Stakeholder Management template v0.1.xlsm

I have attached the spreadsheet if this helps

The initial plotting of stakeholders occurs in "New Stakeholder" tab, and I would like to appear in "Stakeholder Map" tab when the "Submit" button is selected.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I really like the concept, but I suspect you will need some VBA to get this to work. Because I am not a programmer I use an online tool for mapping onto a grid. It works with multiple users so it means you can analyse your stakeholders as a team. Links and instructions are here http://stakeholdermap.com/stakeholde...-software.html.

    Re: 2x2 Stakeholder Management Matrix

Is there a way that this can be done within the spreadsheet, with a formula that calculates the result based on the values of the previous columns, for example:

Column 1 POWER with values of either High or Low
Column 2 INTEREST with values of High or Low
Result subject to which values are chosen in columns 1 and 2:

    Result column calculated...
High Power + High Interest = Manage Closely
High Power + Low Interest = Keep Satisfied
Low Power + High Interest = Keep Informed
Low Power + Low Interest = Monitor
