Change value of cell in only filtered data

I need to know how to change the value of all the cells (Column A) that are showed in the filtered data but all hide data remain the same.

So far I have come to this codes but my data will be changing every month so a cell reference won't malke it

What I mean not always GYM will start in A2 and POOL will start in A110 so I need to select the next lower cell from A1 that is visible when the filter is applied

Any idea on how to go to this cell otherwise than a specific range?
