Offset and Match Help? or Vlookup?

Hi all - I am trying to write a forumla in I10 through Q10 that will lookup values in the table above it and sum them.

I have tried to use an offset formula, and it is not perfect as you can tell.. Can I combine a vlookup or match function into it so that it will lookup up the corresponding date then add up the total?

I am not having great luck at doing this currently, any help would be appreciated!
