Userform which search the data, and against that i can put the required values.

For e.g i have 120 stockiest, in all different region with different products and i have Primary data which includes Opening, Addition,Sales, and Net sales.

By searching a particular stockiest name i get he Region of that stockiest, all different products name, above all the Primary data field, Against all the data i have enter Secondary data.

Please guide how can i do it in Userform for entring the data by searching, Adding or Editing it.
