New Ro Macros Please Help

Okay I attached a sample, I wan to pull only the ones that are Funded By North America. I want those certain rows to fill into my Sheet 2 (new sheet, sheet 1 is old sheet) whenever I run the macro. That way if the managers make up updates or add new ones, my macro will capture that when run.
Remember I am newb to macros....
