Hi

Im looking to create the code for the attached example. I have created the userform but ive only a little idea about how to use it within the example, so i have left out what code i have managed to find, via the forum, as it has confused me a little.

What i would like to do is, upon opening the workbook the userform appears, the info is filled in on the left hand boxes and choices picked from the combo boxes and the info is entered onto the worksheet on the next available row. Once the info is either approved or rejected the userform is opened again, the number entered along with the date and the check box is ticked to confirm either approval or rejection. Once done the userform can be closed.
