Locking cells based on the value of other cells

I have searched this and know it can be done, but my situation isn't quite as simple as the solutions I have found, without a ton of coding being done anyway. Just hoping you guys can show me a much simpler way. Here is what I am in need of....

Each shift must calibrate a piece of testing equipment before using it each day...I do not want them to be able to enter data into certain cells which shows the results from the samples tested with that equipment, unless the calibration data is within it's acceptable range. Columns B, C, E, P & S are the columns I need to be locked until the calibration is within range. The tricky part is that this is to start over for every shift...I know it would be simple if the calibration was only done once and it would lock them columns for the entire sheet. You will get a better understanding for what I am asking when you look at the spreadsheet.

Also, this is only for sheet 1, "Stage 1"

Edit: Sorry, forgot to include what the calibration should be. Zero - MUST be 0 (Can't even be 0.1) Misco Reading - Can be 4.5 to 5.5

Thank you so much in advance!!

No no it's my mistake that I have posted a reply to your thread instead of posting it to another thread. So I replaced the posted content with the "Wrongly Posted" I should have described it clearly so that this confusion gets avoided.

    Sorry for the inconvenience
