userform Help (Search, Modify, Delete and Move a Record)

I made a Userform to basically Add data to the database.

Now I need help with designing the following items.

1.) Button to Search for a Record based on the file number, or subject
2. Button to Modify the Record
3.) Button To Delete a record from the database
4.) Button to Move the record to another database (worksheet ie. "archive")
5.) Button to get that find Recordsform

Actually dear friends i used those web site and design my user form but in this user form i want to add records to a excel
sheet and update records , delete records and finally onea i want to get any record i want to find that record from excel
sheet and upload that record by using user3 form again

please help me to code this user form button
