Need help to make pop up excel sheets

I have a timesheet where down towards the bottom I would like to enter quantities for the day. There are different types of unit measures for these quantities. I would like to have a drop down menu where I can select a different type of spreadsheet for each unit measure. I would like the spreadsheet to pop up, me able to do the calculations on in and then be able to close the sheet and it just leave the result. Kind of like a pop up calculator but for different unit measures.
