VB Modules missing after system update

Just upgraded to a new computer and OS (XP to Win7) and re-installed Excel 2007. Enabled Macros. All my excel data files where on a network drive.

When I open a file saved previous the the upgrade and do an alt+F11, all of my VB modules are missing, private modules also. I'm able to create new modules, but can't find my existing modules.
I'm fairly new to VB and not sure what happend here. Did the upgrade and re-install create this issue?

    Thanks for any help,

    Dave

a reinstall or upgrade would not affect your existing workbooks unless perhaps you installed without installing VBA but if you can create modules that's not the issue
