Sumifs ??

Please help if you can. Here's what I'm trying to do:

I need two additional totals for Org (column F). The first total if the acct (column H) is less than = or less than 599999, the second if acct is = or greater than 600000

I would like one to be placed in column o next to the Org total and the other in column p.

Please see attached and thank you for any effort on this.
