Add Currency symbol in textbox

Hello again, how do i add a currency symbol when i input a number in textbox?

For example: if i choose USD in Combobox1, and i input 500 in textbox1, textbox1 should be 500$.
i mean insert currency symbol in last number.

USD = $
EUR = €
GBP = £
