Combobox - Could not set the List property....

Hello, i have this userform with combobox, textbox, and commandbuttons.

Below is the code when I input a data in textbox and click the Add Item button, it will save in sheet1 and add item in combobox. I have this exit button to save the changes and exit the worksheet. When i try to open again, there was an error "Could not set the List property. Invalid property array index". When i try to debug, it goes to Workbook Open event, Userform1.show
