Excel Link with (#) the pound sign

    Hello all,
Already thank you for your answers.
Here I have a file listing that I have read-only access, the problem is that the file names contain (#) sign that is incompatible with the links in office. See attached example.
I enter the data in column E and I make the link in column H.

How to bypass the # sign which prevents the link from executing.

    thank you

That # is Coming from Column D. Unhide all columns to make Columns D visible.

Just unprotect the sheet, it does not have any password and remove those hashes if you dont want them..

I hope that is what you mean when you say you want to Bypass them..

If this is not what you wanted, please clarify more..

    Thank You,

    Deep

    Many thanks msexcelathome,
but the # is in the name of the read-only files so I can not change, it is up to me to make a link to go read and open the pdf file .. I hope you understand me better now
