How to save code under VBAProject(PERSONAL.XLSB) that applies to any workbook

I dont know what the problem is.

Do 1 thing, a shortcut if you like. Start recording a Macro using the macro recorder and save it in the Personal Macro Workbook (Just a Dummy Step or 2)

Now enter VBA and open that newly recorded code, delete the code except the Macro name, Copy and Paste your code, and then change the Macro name if you want.
