For a project i wanted to create a macro that will include a stopwatch for my quiz. So that it has a form control button that will say start and then display a countdown timer. Can anyone help?

Well, I mis-read your request...this is more of a stop watch than a countdown timer.

I'm also trying to create a stopwatch and appreciatte the Leiss Ross file, however, when I copy the code to my worksheet, it gives me an error in the code line " If TimerCell Is Nothing Then SetTimerCell", could you help me please?
