Converting one long row into several shorter rows [Row Of Dates into Calendar Format]

Hello all. Long time lurker that isn't able to find a solution for this particular problem. Thought I'd come to the best source

I have data that looks like this

For every person, you have 5 years of data all in one row, in a reliable format of 7 days plus a week ending total. It's a really really long row.

For ease of data analysis, I'd like to put it into this format

Any ideas on how to accomplish this?

I have machines with Excel 2010 and 2003 on them.
