A complex algorithm

Hi all,

I have a project assignment and I found a heuristic to make a assignment according to the capacities. I tried to explain both in Excel's sheets and in a flowchart. I can handle the record a macro to pursue the heuristic, howeverI need to VBA codes for general purpose. I guess some definitions are going to be used to write a VBA code such as "Do While", "If", "For" and etc.. Or maybe "string" but I have never used this definition both in C++ and VBA.

I really really need to learn VBA coding algorithms and I hope this first assignment will be very useful for me with advices and helps of you, of couse.
