    What exactly do you mean?

If the workbook has a userform then you should be able to show it, it doesn't matter which worksheet is active.
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

Re: Getting userform into saved spreadsheet

When i was opening my saved workbook (where the userform has not been built) the userform would not shoe under the VBA section, i had to enable macros, then open up the worbook where i have built the userform, drag the form into the spreadsheet i want it in, which now it is.... I now need to play around with the codes to get it to pick up the right data from the right tabs, and input into the right cells, but i have got it in there now,

Lesson learnt - build userforms in the worbooks you want it in.

    Thanks
