excel cf with date and time stamp

here is the example of what i am trying to do. What i need help is,
In D4 when i write "out" i need a time and date stamped on "E4" and then when i write "pick" on F4 time stamp on G4.

and the last thing is if i write "in" in the D column i want all the other cell blank( being E4, F4,G4?

Please someone send me the code?
