I need some help with my Excel worksheet. Using vlookup (colums B1 and C1) show a date that is a result of the lookup. I would like to have these cells blank when the project has no dates in cells. If project selected is 8880(cell B5), column B1 is blank. If project selected is 8881(cell B6), column B1 is 16-Apr. I hope you can understand this. Thanks in advance.Vlookup Help.xlsm

Fotis1991, Thanks for the reply, columns B1 and C1 still show 0-Jan, and I would like them to be blank them to be blank. I will have a message box come up and tell the user that there is no date there.

Fixed the problem by using an IF statement in my commandbutton.
