Automatic Email or Reminder When Birthday is Approaching

Hi,

I need your help to create a Birthday reminder or an email to myself.

Say I have a list of Birthdays and I want to be reminded 20 days in advance.

I guess only if the excel is opened once a day will it be updated and can send an email (which i wont be doing). is there a way?

I've thought about putting the excel in Start up or task manager where I dont have to open but it opens on boot (Which i dont know how, but will get to work on it)

Would you be kind enough to explain how this works. I'm not very tech savvy.

I've attached a workbook say a birthday is today - 2 i have to get a reminder.

As you mentioned before on adding to your startup or making a windows task, you would see this as it loaded up.
Make sure you enable the macro's or it will not load correctly.

As for your email comment, are you sure you want this to open up then send an email to yourself?
