Search sheet for dates and insert new data in correct row

Hello,
I need to create a Macro that can search my delivery schedule sheet and insert a new row add a new entry automatically into the correct row, so that all orders due on that day are grouped together, and separated by a space. see the attached workbook for an example.


Any advice/pointers would be greatly appreciated!

the data sheet is already cosmetized for presentation. I find it difficult to work on cosmetized data but prfer raw data

any how I suggest you autofilter the data (all the columns A to J of only delivery schedule portionb) witgh respect to DATE column for less than toay's date and copy the FILTERED Data anywhere you want. you can prepare the macro and set to run the macro as soon as you open the file in the morning.

Sorry I guess I wasnt very clear. The worksheet named "Delivery Schedule" is How I want the data to look when it is finished being organized. The data is going to come from a sheet named "CONFIG" and it organized completely different and all over the page.... There is going to be a master list of all jobs that will also have the same data as the delivery schedule but not organized as a "Delivery Schedule" it is just a list off all jobs that we have ever done in the order they were entered in to the system... So, we could pull the data from the "Raw data" sheet or from the "CONFIG" sheet.. I was planing on just taking it from the config sheet.

So I updated the attachment with the CONFIG sheet and the RAW data sheet, and added two new jobs to the bottom of the RAW data sheet.(they are highlighted green). So those two Jobs need to be added to the delivery schedule in the proper place based on date...hopefully this makes more sense.

Any Ideas how to do this easily?

I was going to attach a workbook with those two new sheets...but it made it too big to upload....so I give up!

I figured out why the file size was getting so big, so I can upload a better attachment...I still think it is frustrating that 3.5 mb is to big, yet the forum keeps every attachment I have ever uploaded...and I cant delete them manualy..

Anyway, here is the file, Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
