Macro with calendar runs slow

Hello,

I am working on a macro which hides rows depending on the date that you select from a calendar I have created. The problem is that this macro runs quite slow and would appreciate if someone could help me on this to make it run a bit better.

I have attached the excel sheet so that you can better see it.
