Macro's in an excel 2007 workbook need to include drop down formating

    Hi There...
I am in need of some help fixing up a couple macro's...
#1. I have a workbook that i need to be able to always be able to add in ROW 6. I have a macro built that will do that, the problem is it does understand the formatting of drop down boxes that I need to have included on that row....
#2. I have a macro that used to move completed work if column P = YES. I dont know what I did to it, but it has quit working as well.

I need some help, new eyes to look at this etc...
    File Attached.
Thanks for any and all feedback.
