Need to transfer data info to another sheet

Hi All,

I am trying to create a macro which will distribute data from one work book to different workbook.
I have a workbook that is DSMT_Work Allocation; I have created a macro to save the entire file to a different work sheet which the help of column L20.
After the data get saved to the specific worksheet, I need to transfer this item to the different user on basis of column with the heading “SMT associate”.
Now I have a different workbook for all the user with their name such as
Chetna
Teza
Protima
Arti
Madhu
Shilpa
Vikas
Umesh
Ranjan
Satya

Please note: name can be more than this.
In All the workbook of the different user we have the sheet name as mentioned in the DSMT_Work Allocation.
I want to create a macro which will copy all the data of each associate based on the matching data in of SMT associate to the workbook and also to the specific worksheet.
