I want column B & c to get updated based upon the value that we have in cell k2 and l2.

I will keep on updating cell k2 and l2 manually but don't want to lose the data of intervals already passed in column B & C as I also want the interval wise data

For eg: If time is between 1700-1730, it will show up in cell B24 & C24 and again if Interaction Tracker.xlsxI update cell k2 and l2 between 19:00- 19:30 it should show up in cell B28 & c28
