How to write a macro to download a webpage table in MS Excel every hour

Hi everyone,

I need to download a webpage table every hour for subsequent analysis. The idea is to get a snapshot of the table every hour and save it as a different tab. In a day, I would have 1 excel file with 24 tabs (for each hour)

Is there a way to automate the hourly download? The computer it will run on is open 24 hours and has access to the internet.

I attached a sample file for reference. Would really appreciate your help on this.
