EXCEL USER FORM- data not saving to sheet 3

Attached is a workbook showing current code for my user form. Yesterday the data entered into the user form was being saved onto Sheet 3 now for some reason it is not going anywhere. Could someone please find my error and show me how to correct it!

On sheet 3 around row 39 you have a line of data so it was putting all the newly entered stuff down there. I removed that line at it put everything in the right spot for me

It is going on Sheet3, just not where you expect it.

Have a look at rows 40-41, somehow data's ended up there.

You can probably fix things if you just delete those 2 rows.
