Hello Everyone,

I have created user form which contains a 5 text box to enter name, number,email id,address and last 5th text box is to enter the number of request received from customer
5th text Box is given to enter the number of request received from customer.

Example : If User enters 15 in textbox5 and click submit automatically 15 rows need to be inserted and whatever the value in textbox1,2,3,4 should be copied......

Basically i need a code for the above mentioned example.....
