Macro to Delete Columns based on values in specific cells

Hi All

I need a Macro that will delete columns that if the value in a cell is less than 14. The value can be found in any column from Y:AZ, The rown number where the value resides is determined by a value in Q1 + 2. Please see workbook for further clarity.

Oh yes, forgot to mention, the macro should apply to all the worksheets in the workbook. If my request is not possible with excel please let me know, as I don't know the limitations of excel.
