Auto refresh every minute

Hello all
I'm new to this forum hope you guys can help!

I have created a dashboard that show stats and speedos, I am now wanting to link this to live data and display it on a large screen and have it auto refresh the data.
I am having problems getting a macro to make the sheet auto refresh every couple of seconds (like pressing F9) This will be the only thing running on the PC so the performance on the PC is not an issues with this refreshing so often.

If it was a macro that ran other marco's every couple of second I could make this work.

1.Put this into a code module
2.amend "The sub" to perform your data refresh (sheet1.calculate)

initiate with the start timer
stop with the stop timer
