VBA - search specific value in cell and copy 10 lines (downward and sideward)

I have solved this probelm by using the following code:

Cells.Find(What:="grand total", After:=ActiveCell, LookIn:=xlFormulas, _
        LookAt:=xlPart, SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlNext, _
        MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False).Activate
        
    ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
