Manipulating Arrays

Hello Everybody,

I have written a program which stores take the array actually i want that when all the array is stored which is written under Column then it must paste the element of array from 3 to 8 with offset as shown under with offset.
For more details please take a look at attached excel Data.

Actually i just want to print from sheet2 Column B the cell values > 3 und < 8 with offset column D to sheets1.
