Data match with zipcode

Hi..
I need help ..
I have data in excel book in in sheet"Data" and another sheet "Zipcode With State"

In column "O" in sheet"Data" must match with column"A" in sheet "Zipcode With State" and if data is matched the copy the all the data from sheet "Data" and the data from sheet "Zipcode With State" into sheet "Answered"

If the sheet "Data" does't match with column "A" in sheet "Zipcode with State" then copy all the data and put in last row in sheet "answered"

Hello Mathanraj

Use conditional formatting to highlight any value which is not between those postcodes and then filter using colors to work with it, this means the 3rd sheet is not required.

I am not sure what do you mean by last column in your sample , but this code is puts the unmatched on the last row in answered sheet
