Problem populating a textbox from another closed workbook in a userform

Hi,

I will try to explain my problem, please forgive my English I usualy speek french...

I have in a file named test (see attach) a userform. I'm trying when I enter a code in the first textbox (code_prod) to populated the produit textbox with the information located in the info produits.xls file in colum C (3) that is not open.

I tryed numerous code and it seems that I dont understand VBA well enough to have it to work.

The password for the info produit.xls is foxtrot.

Can someone help me?
